3. Reasonable selection of tools and fixtures. When clamping precision workpieces or thinner and softer workpieces, the clamping method should be appropriate, and the force should be appropriate to ensure that the clamping is firm and reliable. Do not hit violently. You can use a wooden hammer or pad to knock gently.
4. During operation, observe whether the workpiece clamping is loose at any time. If it is loose, stop the machine immediately to prevent injury. When observing the workpiece during operation, stand in an appropriate position.
5. When the engraving machine moves quickly, pay attention to the surrounding situation to prevent collision.
6. If the CNC engraving machine motor is abnormally hot or makes abnormal sounds, the engraving machine should be stopped immediately.
7. Operate in a civilized manner. Do not place tools, gauges, and workpieces on the machine guide rails and workbench at will. When the CNC engraving machine is running, it is forbidden to touch the rotating parts or lean your body against the machine. It is not allowed to pass items over the moving parts of the machine.
8. Comply with the process regulations and do not arbitrarily modify the manufacturer's set parameters and operating procedures in the CNC system.
9. After the operation, wipe the machine, clean the work area, and disconnect the power supply.
