What are the causes of errors in CNC stone engraving machines?

Oct 04, 2024

CNC stone engraving machines process stone from raw materials into the required plates, which requires a variety of complex processes to complete. With the development of science and technology, CNC stone engraving machines are also constantly improving and innovating. The engraving process of CNC stone engraving machines is becoming more and more accurate, but during use, deviations will inevitably occur under the influence of external or natural factors. So how to avoid this error?
To avoid errors, the plate must be scanned before the stone engraving machine is engraved, and new coordinates must be set. During the engraving process, the equipment tool path automatically adjusts the tool coordinates to keep the font and relief depth consistent. The specific methods are as follows:
1. It can correct the Z-axis height error caused by the concave, convex and inclined surfaces of the stone surface. Based on the measurement results of the floating height of the stone surface, the software generates a new engraving program based on the original program to meet the surface characteristics of the stone, so that the engraving depth remains at the original program setting depth!
2. According to the surface characteristics of the stone (smooth, rough), a variety of selection modes can be provided; a variety of solutions, customers can flexibly choose according to actual conditions.
3. The software should be continuously upgraded and new functions should be added according to various situations encountered during actual operation.
